Day 669: Golden days of autumn


In front of the science building, landscapers were planting trees and shrubs while others were pounding stone blocks into the pavement.  


Around the corner in the Fenton gardens, a late daylily was blooming.  


And the retaining wall is complete!

Five more steelhead trout were swimming upstream this afternoon.  When they turn quickly, a tunnel of  air develops behind them.  This fish was enveloped in a bubble that reflected the blue sky and the trees overhead.
