Day 261: Palisades

It took us eleven and a half hours to get from Evan's door to our door including a half hour stop for supper on the way home.  It was very hard to leave our sons again cause it will be months till we see them again.  We don't need elaborate activities, we just love their company.

I took very few photos out of the filthy train windows, but I did capture scenes of the Palisades and West Point.  We were surrounded by college students who were returning from a party weekend in NYC to UB.  One foul mouthed young woman let the profanity flow from her mouth like vomit.  Every other word was the F word.  Fortunately, she slept from hours, but the minute she woke up, it started again.  Steve said to ignore it, but it burned me up and I let her get away with it, which burned me up even more.
