Again, the reception in Cassadaga was warm, welcoming and enthusiastic. Their principal is such a dynamo, always on the move and so friendly. Seven veterans joined us, three girls and four guys including a student leader who transferred to the school this summer. They all want to be student leaders and I suspect a few others do, too. They were so excited, but they were very hesitant to speak in front of the large group of the eighth graders.
We used the new promotional video and I thought it was effective. When Steve asked at the end how many kids thought they might do Quest, at least thirty raised their hands. Kelly's goal is to double her numbers, but she'd be happy with twenty.
Tomorrow, we're presenting to the FMS faculty. That should be interesting.
