Day 1371: Rainy day treasures

I spent almost the whole day working on the Quest video music.  Some might say that the music for each year's video should be different from previous videos.  Won't be happening.  Even with a collection of proven songs, it's so hard to place them so the rhythm and beat match the action in the film.  I've added two new pieces, but I'm also recycling the old dependables.

This year's video has clips taken from the go pro camera so there's more interesting footage and different perspectives.  The sequence in the pond ends with Charlie jumping in with the camera and then we see muddy water and all goes black.  The kids will love it.

Last week at this time we were driving from Tuba City to Sedona.  It was a scary, but gorgeous ride.  The temperature was close to 100.  This week, it's been raining all day and the temp is 46.  I'll take Fredonia any day.

Is it any wonder we preferred the pool to mountain climbing in 100 degrees?
