Very happy that my shoulder cooperated so that I could do backstroke again.
This gorgeous lily, Angels Around Us, continues to awe. It must have produced fifty or sixty flowers over the course of six weeks. Deeply ruffled and intensely colored, it's lush and lovely.
The sun was low in the sky when I finished swimming about 6:20. Piercing the willow leaves, it cast long shadows across the back yard.
