Day 377: Lincoln

The film Lincoln was very powerful.  I cheered when the 13th amendment finally passed and wept when hospital workers tossed a wheelbarrow full of legs into a pit.  When the announcement that Lincoln had been shot came in the theater, our audience gasped.  Even though I have studied history for most of my life, I always enjoy a film that brings the characters to life.  Daniel Day Lewis was extraordinary as Abraham Lincoln.

I worked on the organization and expedition leadership chapter today and added 300 words.   Progress! This is the 11th chapter!
