Day 217: Records

Jenn Suhr qualified for the finals in pole vaulting early this morning.  We can't wait for the finals on Monday.  The medley relay team won and that earned Michael Phelps his 18th gold and 22nd medal overall.  Amazing!

I broke my own swimming record by completing 1550 lengths or 8.2 miles during this week. I think ten miles are definitely possible by the end of the summer, although we will be away for nine days.
