Day 683: Quest 2014 begins!

It's an exciting day when Quest begins.  Our student leaders spoke about their experiences and encouraged the kids to participate.  Mostly they repeated the same messages: you'll make a lot of new friends, you'll learn a lot about yourself and have lots of fun.  That's exactly what the kids need to know.  One boy asked if he should bring a clock radio to wake him up and the student leaders all burst out laughing.

Glenn's condition has stabilized,  thank goodness.  He's still in very serious condition, but showing a bit of improvement.  My sister is exhausted from worry and lack of sleep.  A friend spends the nights with Glenn, but she still can't sleep.
